The new #pinkcrack is BACK!
Oh, yes! Spring and Summer in a glass – and, just in time! The 2016 harvest ended up being a bit low yielding from the vineyard we have always solely worked with to produce this wine (Vogelzang). And, making less than we have in the past just wasn’t going to work – less for us and less for you? Um, not an option! We were able to grab a very small amount (less than 5% collectively) of Mourvédre from two nearby vineyards to help get the case production back to status quo. The result? The same savory and delicious Rosé we’ve all come to crave.
TASTING NOTES: a vibrant coppery pink, tons of savory minerality, pomegranate, white raspberry and floral notes all hop from the glass. Minerality continues to lead on the palate with bursts of blood orange, fresh peach and a fleur de sel finish. Drink chilled (but, not icy! so, you can get her full effect) and drink often! CHEERS!
